Welcome to True Line Plans. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, services, and products provided by GMG Consulting LLC, doing business as True Line Plans ("True Line Plans," "Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing this website or purchasing any product or service from True Line Plans, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Company Ownership

True Line Plans is a registered business name (DBA) of GMG Consulting LLC. All products, services, transactions, and agreements are provided by GMG Consulting LLC doing business as True Line Plans.

2. Contact Information

All communication regarding orders, services, support requests, or legal inquiries must be submitted through the contact form on our website.

We do not guarantee responses to messages sent through third-party platforms or social media.

3. Nature of Services

True Line Plans provides residential design services and digital house plan products including, but not limited to:

  • Custom residential floor plans

  • Stock house plans

  • Conceptual architectural drawings

  • Layout designs

  • 3D renderings and visualizations

  • Plan modification services

All products provided by True Line Plans are design documents only and are intended for conceptual and planning purposes.

4. Professional Licensing Disclaimer

True Line Plans is not an architectural firm and does not represent itself as providing licensed architectural or engineering services.

The Company, including its owners, employees, and representatives, may not be licensed architects or engineers in the State of Oklahoma or any other jurisdiction.

All drawings, plans, and documents provided by True Line Plans are considered conceptual residential design documents.

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that all plans:

  • Comply with local building codes

  • Meet zoning requirements

  • Satisfy permit requirements

  • Are approved by local authorities having jurisdiction

Before construction begins, customers may be required to have plans reviewed, stamped, or engineered by a licensed professional depending on local regulations.

5. Engineering Services

True Line Plans does not provide structural engineering services.

If engineering is required for construction or permitting, the customer must obtain services from a licensed structural engineer.

At the customer's request, True Line Plans may coordinate with a customer's selected engineer or assist in preparing drawings for engineering review. Any coordination, revisions, or engineering preparation services may require additional fees.

6. One-Time Use License

All stock plans and custom plans purchased from True Line Plans are sold as a single-use license.

This means:

  • The purchaser is granted permission to construct one (1) residential structure from the purchased design.

  • The design may not be used to construct multiple homes without written permission.

If a design is used more than once, the purchaser agrees to pay a royalty fee of $250 per additional use to True Line Plans.

Unauthorized duplication, distribution, resale, or reuse of plans without payment of the required royalty fee may result in legal action.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All designs, drawings, renderings, layouts, and related materials created by True Line Plans remain the intellectual property of GMG Consulting LLC.

Purchasing a plan does not transfer ownership of the design. Instead, the purchaser receives a limited-use license as outlined in these Terms.

Customers may not:

  • Resell plans

  • Share plans publicly

  • Distribute plans online

  • Reproduce plans for resale

  • Use plans for commercial resale purposes

Without prior written permission from True Line Plans.

8. Ownership of Custom Designs

All custom home plans created by True Line Plans remain the property of True Line Plans.

True Line Plans reserves the right to:

  • Reuse design concepts

  • Modify designs

  • Offer similar or identical plans as stock plans

  • Sell variations of custom designs to future customers

Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that any plans purchased or created through True Line Plans are suitable for their project location.

This includes:

  • Soil conditions

  • Wind and snow loads

  • Seismic requirements

  • Local building codes

  • Permit requirements

  • Site-specific conditions

True Line Plans is not responsible for site-specific engineering, surveying, or construction issues.

10. Plan Modifications

Modifications to stock plans may be available for an additional fee.

Pricing for modifications depends on the complexity of the requested changes.

All modification work must be requested directly through the True Line Plans website.

11. Payments

All payments for services and digital products are processed through the True Line Plans website.

Custom plan projects require a non-refundable deposit before work begins.

All remaining balances must be paid according to the terms outlined in the project agreement.

12. Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of digital products and design services, True Line Plans does not offer refunds or returns on:

  • Stock plans

  • Digital downloads

  • Custom design work

  • Renderings or modifications

Custom design deposits are non-refundable.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GMG Consulting LLC and True Line Plans shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to:

  • Construction errors

  • Structural failures

  • Code violations

  • Permit denials

  • Project delays

  • Financial losses

Resulting from the use of plans purchased from True Line Plans.

Customers assume full responsibility for the use of all design documents.

14. Construction Responsibility

True Line Plans is not responsible for construction management, contractor performance, or job site conditions.

Builders, contractors, and engineers hired by the customer are responsible for ensuring that construction follows all applicable codes and standards.

15. Website Use

By using this website, you agree not to:

  • Attempt to copy or scrape plan designs

  • Download or distribute copyrighted material

  • Misuse website content for commercial resale

  • Interfere with website functionality

All website content, including images, plans, and text, is the property of GMG Consulting LLC.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma.

Any legal disputes shall be handled in the appropriate courts located within the State of Oklahoma.

17. Changes to Terms

True Line Plans reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

18. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing products, using services, or accessing this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
