This experience has given him a strong understanding of how homes are actually built, not just how they are designed on paper.
By combining real-world construction knowledge with residential design, Gavin approaches every project from a builder’s perspective—helping ensure plans are practical, efficient, and easier for contractors to build from.
Gavin founded True Line Plans to bridge the gap between design and construction, providing homeowners and builders with clear, dependable home plans rooted in real experience.
Today, True Line Plans offers custom home designs, stock house plans, and 3D renderings to help clients move from concept to construction with confidence.
