Digital Product Delivery

All products sold by True Line Plans are digital products and are delivered electronically.

We do not ship physical products by mail.

All purchased house plans, digital files, renderings, and other downloadable materials will be delivered to the customer via email or electronic download.

Delivery Method

Once your purchase is completed, your files will be delivered through one of the following methods:

Email delivery to the email address provided at checkout
Secure digital download link
Direct electronic file transfer

Please ensure that the email address entered at checkout is correct to avoid delays in receiving your files.

Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on the type of product purchased.

Stock House Plans
Most stock plans will be delivered electronically within 1 business day after purchase unless otherwise stated.

Custom Home Plans
Custom home plan timelines will vary depending on the complexity of the project and will be discussed during the design process.

File Formats

Digital plan packages may be delivered in one or more of the following formats:

PDF
Image files
Other digital formats depending on the service purchased

These files are intended for digital viewing, printing, and use with builders or engineers as needed.
