Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a project quote based on scope, size, and complexity. If everything looks good, the next step is securing your place in our schedule.

4. Design Deposit & Start Date
A $500 non-refundable design deposit is required to:
- Begin work on your project
- Secure your position in our schedule
- Receive an official project start date from True Line Plans
Please note: No design work begins until the deposit is received.

5. Project Timeline
After your deposit is received and your official start date is confirmed:
- Typical turnaround time is 7–10 business days
- This timeline applies to most custom residential plan sets
- Larger or more complex projects may require additional time
Timelines begin after your scheduled start date, not the day the deposit is paid.

Depending on your project scope, your plan set may include:
- Dimensioned floor plans
- Exterior elevations
- Building sections and details (as required)
- Clear, builder-ready construction drawings
