Refund policy

At True Line Plans, we take pride in providing high-quality digital design products and professional residential design services. Because of the nature of our products and services, all sales are considered final.

No Returns or Refunds

All products sold through True Line Plans are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

Stock house plans
Digital downloads
Plan packages
Renderings and design files
Any other digital products or services provided by True Line Plans

Once a product has been purchased and delivered, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.

Custom Design Deposits

All custom home design deposits are non-refundable.

Custom design work requires scheduling, consultation, planning, and design preparation. For this reason, any deposit paid to begin a custom project is non-refundable, regardless of project completion status.
